AI / LLM Engineer
We are looking for an engineer to help build the intelligence layer at the core of Szora. You will work on the systems that turn raw conversations into structured organisational intelligence, including agentic pipelines, retrieval, evaluation and multi-tenant data architecture.
What you will do
- Design and build the intelligence architecture behind Szora's capture, structuring and pattern-detection capabilities
- Build the retrieval layer that connects conversations with priorities, organisational context and historical decisions
- Improve how Szora identifies actions, blockers, dependencies and patterns across large volumes of conversation data
- Work directly with the founding team on core product and architectural decisions
What we are looking for
- Strong experience with LLM engineering, retrieval systems and agentic architecture
- Experience designing reliable systems around probabilistic model output
- Comfort working with high ownership inside a small, fast-moving team
- A genuine interest in organisational intelligence and execution, rather than AI for its own sake
Go-to-Market Engineer
We are looking for someone who combines technical fluency with commercial instinct. You will build the tools, environments and automations behind Szora's early go-to-market motion, from product demonstrations and onboarding to customer feedback systems and internal commercial operations.
What you will do
- Build and maintain product demo environments and early customer onboarding flows
- Turn customer and pilot feedback into product, process and automation improvements
- Automate the operational work behind sales, onboarding and customer success
- Bridge the gap between customer needs, commercial priorities and technical execution
What we are looking for
- Experience in solutions engineering, technical customer success, product operations or a similar customer-facing technical role
- The ability to understand both product architecture and commercial objectives
- Comfort building practical systems without an established playbook
- Excitement about helping define an early-stage go-to-market model from the ground up
